Education.

First off, sorry for the blabber.
Second, readers dont take what I say the wrong way.
Thirdly, enjoy reading my novel.

Ironically this word popped in my head earlier today when talking to my physical Therapist. kinda random but whatevvess. What is education exactly? is it just learning from past experiences, studying and learning from books/teachers in a school, or traveling and learning how to live in an odd situation? I guess all these could be definitions of education; or at least how to receive an education.

But for me education's definition has to be the last one. Living and experiencing the world around us. To me this is the most useful out of all education. Think about it, if you learn about different culture and political strategies of different countries, wouldn't it be more educational just to place oneself in that world than rather read about it in a book.

I feel very strongly about this. I believe everyone should and shall travel at least once in their lifetime, to a new country or just to a new state. So many people in Mesa, i feel never experience life. They are caught in this "Mesa Bubble" that never bursts. mesa bubble: barrier. many mesa residents feel to safe in mesa and never venture out of the barrier. I have so far, seen many of my friends become engaged and marry already this year, all between the ages of 18-21. Why is that? I have no problem with marriage and Im happy for all my friends who did, but what's the rush? usually when one marries, they then find a steady career, and start a family together with their spouse. They rarely ever take time to travel and experience a new world. I guess thats why Im different from everyone else, and think differently too. I plan on traveling these next years in life, rather it be studying abroad (which basically defins my def. of education : living in Dublin and learning) vacations with the family, or/and hopefully with my career. (major: international business.)

I will be marrying in about 10 years, that is my plan. Who knows if that will happen or not; but for now it sounds pretty good to me. During that time will be the infamous HS reunion, for which I can see myself a newlywed, who experienced the world, owns her own business and speaks many different languages; { i wish} while most of my friends will be having their 10th wedding anniversary and already have 5 kids.

Basically the moral of this story is... I believe to actually receive an education, one must travel and learn about life.

like my mama always says: Live your life! Live your 20's, because that will be the most crazy and the last immature years of your life, until you have to start acting like a pure adult.  i know very encouraging right? secrets out: she was a bit of a party-er in her college yrs. she did go to ASUseless haha.
