☝&☟

We all have our Ups and DOWNS, and if you've been reading my blog lately you know I've been in a Down funk all, humm, these past 3 months.  So what do you do when you find yourself in this predicament?


7 easy steps...
  1. You say to yourself "I am pathetic" and really down yourself to the ground
  2. CRY! cry like your a baby again, cry for your mommy/daddy/ anyone, just cry until your eyes sting
  3. Take a looooong nap.
  4. Wake up and realize you cant change some situations. Sometimes things just simply, dont work out, or at least not the way you planned.
  5. Fulfill your guilty pleasure. Your SWEET pleasure, it is halloween time. 
  6. While eating or making your delicious treat sing  "I get knocked down, but I get up again, nothings ever gonna keep me down..."
  7. Relax and become fat :)
And voila you smile more than you did before.
